Artist Mission Statement I’m on a journey to discover "How to See" ……color…….form……motion……emotion and how they relate to each other. Our eyes and brain miss so much …unless I am willing to pause and look harder and deeper at the miraculous wonders that I experience every day. My favorite subject is the human body . I find the body fascinating, the bone structure, how our skin drapes … the character that shows in ones hands or face telling their life story. Putting Ink to Paper or Paint to canvas is an attempt to capture what I see and share it. If you enjoy the picture or graphic ..You have joined my Journey. My Grandfather was an interior designer and was a water colorist. My Aunt Marion is a full time artist dabbling in all mediums. My Aunt and Grandfather gave me my first lessons on art and vision. I received a Graphics Arts Degree at the Art Institute of Houston. I worked professionally as an airbrush artist until I was offered a job as a sales representative for a Printing Company. Sales lead me to the Insurance Industry where I have been for the last 20 plus years. In the last few years I have allowed my creative side to re-emerge
